Your work hates you because it doesn't need you

No one likes to be superfluous. In a high-rise building that is so technically perfect that even the elevators are more malicious than the people they transport, a qualified migrant, an ingenious programmer, an extinct insect, a thoughtful fascist, a mother whose child died for the climate, a cleverly stupid entrepreneur and, of course, Bertolt Brecht heroically fight against the fact that they are needed less and less. Dietmar Dath has written a fast-paced and visionary text for the Staatstheater Augsburg, in which he lets AI hype, new work and the failed philosophies of postmodernism collide in a didactic play for the 21st century.
