Felix Meyer zu Venne is a sinologist, translator and Chinese teacher and lives in Berlin. During his studies, he worked at Elfenbein Verlag in Berlin and as a lecturer in the Department of Sinology at the Westfälische-Wilhelms-Universität zu Münster. He has been the editor-in-chief of Kapsel since 2018 and co-editor since 2021. His translations have been published in Hefte für ostasiatische Literatur, by Heyne and in Kapsel. He also conducts research on Chinese theater.
