Düzgün Polat has been working as a diversity trainer with a focus on anti-discrimination, social inclusion and anti-discriminatory diversity development since 2016. He began his cultural work after completing his school education in the Turkish community in Augsburg. Since 1999, he has developed several transcultural formats and curated concerts, exhibitions and theater productions as part of the Augsburg High Peace Festival and the Beethoven Year, among others. He is active in the "Tür an Tür" integration project for diversity, democracy and anti-discrimination.
