Ute Legner is the director of MEHR MUSIK!, the music education program of the city of Augsburg with a focus on new and experimental music. Trained in French horn, piano and singing, she has been performing as a singer in various jazz formations for many years. Legner stages plays and concerts for children and adults as a freelance director and is a lecturer in the Master's program in Music Mediation/Concert Pedagogy at the Leopold Mozart Center at the University of Augsburg and in the Applied Musicology and Music Pedagogy program at the Catholic University of Eichstätt.
