Sebastian Müller-Stahl, born in Berlin, studied at the Rostock University of Music and Drama. He played in the ensemble of the Augsburg Theater until 2002, was a guest in Berlin and Karlsruhe, was part of the ensemble of the Quedlinburg / Halberstadt Theater until 2009 and moved to the Anhaltisches Theater Dessau for seven years in 2009. Sebastian Müller-Stahl has been a permanent ensemble member at the Staatstheater Augsburg since the 2017/18 season.
