Onur Dilber was born on January 1, 1982 in Trabzon. He graduated from the Çukurova University Conservatory. He also completed a master's degree in acting at Haliç University. He participated in the improvisation show group Şah Mat at Duru Theater. He acted in the films 5 Cities and Kâmil İnsan.
