Taste is more than just a sensory perception: it can capture moments, take us back in time and create a sense of community. In conversations about taste preferences, creating and tasting together with interested parties on the streets of Oberhausen, the Art Lab tried to capture the district in the form of a drink in summer 23. The result was a sensory image, a time capsule - which will certainly taste different again next year.
