Just over a year ago, the German-Polish singer Balbina released her fourth studio album. She writes and composes sophisticated pop music on her own. Even on her own label since 2020. Balbina is not afraid of genres. In an exclusive, concentrated performance, she takes to the digital stage together with South Korean pianist Yoonji Kim. The meeting of the two is to be understood more as a duet, an encounter at eye level in which both meet in their musical free spaces. Yoonji Kim's subtly poetic playing creates worlds over black and white keys in which Balbina can wander vocally.
