Yvonne Büdenhölzer, born in 1977, is a dramaturge, curator and festival director. From 2005 to 2011, she was Artistic Director of the Stückemarkt, which takes place as part of the Berliner Festspiele's Theatertreffen. From 2012 to 2022 she directed the Berliner Theatertreffen. She curated the theater biennial "New Plays from Europe", was a lecturer at the Free University of Berlin and a member of the Council for the Arts. Yvonne Büdenhölzer has been President of the International Theater Institute (ITI Center Germany) since 2021. She has been head of Suhrkamp Theaterverlag since January 1, 2023.
