Tina Pfurr
Tina Pfurr is an actress, performer, curator and speaker. From 2011 to 2023, she was artistic co-director and managing director of Ballhaus Ost. During this time - and to this day - she has developed and realized numerous projects of her own. Most recently, in 2022, she created the five-part installative video essay "I just called to say... sHe's dead", in collaboration with Ballhaus Ost. As part of the Fonds Darstellende Künste's series "Die Kunst Viele zu bleiben", Tina Pfurr created the democracy karaoke format "(You gotta) sing for your right (to live in a Demokratie)" at Kunstfest Weimar 2024.
In recent years, she has worked as a performer and actress at various theaters around the world and conceived performative moderations. In addition to her work in the theater, she is also active as an actress for film and television. Since 2014, she has been touring the globe with her dance karaoke performance "copy & dance".
