Susanne studied acting and musical theater in Hamburg and was then a permanent member of the ensemble in Augsburg and at the Theater der Stadt Aalen for 15 years. Since 2001, she has also worked as a musical director, director and author. In 2014, she took over the artistic direction and in 2016, together with Volker Stöhr, she also took over the management of the JTA until 2021. Susanne sees herself as a theater maker with a special love for play development, narrative theater and ensemble work.
