Nicoletta Kindermann has been a theater educator at Staatstheater Augsburg since the 2012/13 season. She studied pedagogy and obtained her diploma in cultural studies and aesthetic communication at the University of Hildesheim. She is certified to lead international youth projects in Europe. She was awarded teaching assignments at the University of Augsburg for the seminars "Staging Analysis" and "Semesterabo". She is currently in charge of the ballet department at the Augsburg State Theater.
