The Moda Cinema was an important venue for the art world in Istanbul, especially in the 80s and 90s, before it slowly lost its significance. Based on the original name, the Moda Sahnesi theater was founded in October 2013, led by 12 people who worked in various areas of theater and cinema. Special attention is paid to self-produced plays, which are intended to introduce the audience to classical or modern plays.
