Miles Lay grew up in Bristol and began his acting career at the Bristol Old Vic. He now lives in London as an actor, wrestler, stuntman and entrepreneur.

His passion for physical theater and ancient warfare has led him to learn techniques with sword, shield, axe and fist for ten years. He brings these skills to his work on his roles and to his company "Young Titans UK".

As an actor, he is part of the international theater show "Mythos Ragnarok" and most recently appeared in Cyprus' first feature film "Entropy". He also works as a motion capture actor ("The Rings of Power", "Casting Frank Stone") and as a stunt double, including for Sabretooth in "Deadpool 3".
