Lina Determann
Lina Determann, born in Hanover, moves between performance, video, illustration and sculptural action in her practice. Her focus is often on semiotic relationships, especially in urban space. She has been studying scenography at the Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design since 2017. In 2022, she gained experience during an exchange semester in the MA Fine Arts at the Zurich University of the Arts under Marie-France Rafael. Lina Determann has worked with the Staatstheater Karlsruhe, Volkstheater and at the Theater Rampe in Stuttgart. Her last cinematic work "IGo", created in collaboration with Jette Schwabe, was nominated at the Gwangju Media Arts Festival in South Korea in 2023. Since 2023 she has been working with Marie Herrndorff as part of the Community Arts Lab Augsburg (CALA) on the project "Urban Legends of Oberhausen".
