Hannes Loh is a teacher and systemic consultant at the Helios comprehensive school near Cologne. In 2002, Hannes Loh and Murat Güngör initiated a debate on hip-hop, migration, racism and responsibility with their book "Fear of a Kanak Planet - HipHop zwischen Weltkultur und Nazirap". As an author and journalist, he deals with the global development of hip-hop culture, focusing on migration, empowerment and didactics. He was musically active with his band "Anarchist Academy" between 1986 and 1998.
